Appointment to Command

As we have been without a permanent Executive Officer for some time we are some what lacking in the command department. As such until further notice I officially appoint Lt. Talin Lokar to the position of acting second officer. This will include all the responsibilities and privileges that come with said office.

I would ask that you all join me in congratulating Lt. Talin on his new found role on the ship and continue to support him as you have done over the last month.
